The Porsche you don't want to be seen in.

Let's be glad they stuck to making cars. Then again this might look great on my bookshelf propping up my copy of leanings.

That's when I reach for my Revolver..

The new Bell Revolver modular helmet has arrived. At 1750 grams it's on the lighter side of modular helmets and supposedly aimed more towards sport riders than the touring crowd. It also features a flip down sun shade and the ability to use Bell's new photochromatic shield (sold separately). No reviews yet, but at only $199 it should be a popular choice.

Heads are here to stay?

I hope your not lactose intolerant cause there's a healthy dose of cheese in this 60's helmet flic.

If it's good enough for Rossi.

Sticking to my current theme I've run across some new helmets from Dainese that I didn't know existed. So new they don't have prices up on the website yet. So far I've slipped on a few of their products in various showrooms and loved it all. Now if I only sold my bikes I could actually afford the gear. Still, check these out.

Stiff Upper Lid

I'm always on the lookout for new and different helmets, especially anything "urban" or "fighter" styled. There seems to be few choices out there until you broaden your search to the european market where this type of thing is plentiful. Helmets like the Roof boxer and Osbe Tornado are popular examples. So this morning I came across Airoh Helmets out of Italy. Cool stuff, too bad they have no stateside distro.

New Retro

Found this over at the BubbleVisor blog. Chad Hodges is a designer who dreamed these up as an alternative to modern full face helmets that all look the same. I believe he's just waiting for a company to back him or purchase the idea before we can all rock these sweet lids. I'll take a black and yellow please.
