Last week I installed a set of Koso heated grips on my daily ride. I chose these because they have a 5 position heat switch and the wires are inside the grip, as opposed to the undergrip style heater that sometimes break on install. The install went fairly smoothly and they provide you with a fused power line to tap into a keyed wire. So far in our mild weather these get very hot. I've been using setting 2 of five most days. It's true that the tops of your hands still feel the cold, but it feels like holding two hot cups off coffee as you speed down the highways. Overall should be a decent defense against the oncoming cold over the next few months.
