As a subscriber to Cycle World one of the first things I read each month is Peter Egan's columns. He writes about motorcycles in a way that I can connect with. How old bikes are like old guitars and sometimes a beat up triumph can be a bigger object of desire than a brand new factory bike. How a road trip in terrible weather with mechanical failures beats out not attempting in the first place. So I finally picked up a copy of his book Leanings. It's a collection of all his writings that makes me want to plan inane road trips on outdated machines on a daily basis. I suggest you join me.
